Feeling Blah, Bloated, and Bored? Here’s How to Turn the Page

Some days, your sex appeal feels MIA.

Try This Instead

Talk to yourself like someone you adore.
Instead of grabbing your stomach and criticizing, try,
“Hey, you’re doing the best you can. Let’s wear something soft today and keep it cute.” (Or, if you're a guy: “Let’s keep it chill and still look like somebody.”)
That alone can shift the energy.

Reignite curiosity before you reignite desire.
Watch a scene that excites you. Read something spicy. Try on lingerie under your regular clothes just because.
You don’t have to “get in the mood” fully... just dip your toe back into your own curiosity.

Laugh on purpose.
Watch something ridiculous. Send your best friend a wild voice note. Dance off beat in your kitchen.
Joy resets your nervous system, and pleasure lives in a regulated body.


You’re Allowed to Come Back Slowly

There’s nothing wrong with you.
There’s nothing “broken” just because you’re not feeling hot, horny, or hyped this week.

Pleasure is still available... even in stretchy waistbands, even with undone dishes, even while feeling a little “off.”

You can come back to it gently.
And when you do, it won’t just feel better... it’ll feel yours.
