RETURNS POLICY

Get Bang Bang Tea stands behind its products. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return any unused and resalable product(s) within 5 days of the date of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges).  When we receive your return, your refund will be released back to your form of payment (or we will send you a money order in the mail if this option is not available). Returning the package with tracking included is recommended.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 11 am EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free Economy shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Please be advised that "estimated" delivery dates and times are just that, an estimate. Delays in delivery dates and times can occur, especially during peak holiday season. Once your package is in possession of your chosen shipping provider, GetBangBangTea.com is no longer responsible for your package. Once your package is in possession of your chosen shipping provider, any and all issues or complaints with your delivery need to be addressed directly to the shipping provider as they are now responsible for the delivery of your package.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

GetBangBangTea.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and International addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GetBangBangTea.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

GetBangBangTea.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If youreceived your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

GetBangBangTea.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

Once you receive a tracking number for your order and the tracking number is active (meaning the shipping provider you chose has your package), all issues with you package need to be addressed directly with the chosen shipping provider.  GetBangBangTea.com is not responsible for missing or stolen shipments. You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
